Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy. Please note that the returned item must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • The item must not have been worn, altered or washed.
  • The original tags and packaging must be included.

To start a return, submit a return request by contacting us at info@artceasars.com. Returns that have not been registered will not be processed.

Once your return has been accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.


Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method. After we have processed the return, the amount will be refunded within 2 to 10 business days via the original payment method. Please contact us at info@artceasars.com if more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return.
